Hi! I’m Lindsey Kaszuba, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Mother, and Creator of Health Club Collective.

I created Health Club Collective so you can live your life AND feel great. Like many of you, for a big part of my life, my relationship with my body was distorted. There is so much emphasis on how we should look and how much we should weigh with very little emphasis on how we should feel. When I was struggling with my health the most what I needed was a guide to help me pull my health and my lifestyle together - which is exactly why I created Health Club Collective, for past me and for future you.

In each lesson, you will be guided through a journey of expanding your perspective on health while facilitating self-love, acceptance, and connection to self. You’ll have a new approach to health that is so simple you’ll never have to start again.

  • You’ll get instant access to your member portal, which includes weekly coaching lessons, live replays, a resources library, and many valuable resources.

  • Absolutely! It doesn’t matter if you’ve had a coach in the past or have no prior experience with a coach. You will get detailed guidance, no matter your past experience. If you prefer a DIY & easy to navigate approach, this course is for you.

  • I’m sure of it. I was always “the healthy one,” but the tools in this course have completely changed my life and my relationship with myself. It will be eye-opening and insightful no matter where you are in your health journey. You can lean on my guidance to support you in building upon the habits you’re already consistent with while expanding your perspective on health.

  • All you have to do is log in to your member portal and listen to the coaching lessons. I recommend doing one at a time and completing the accompanying resources in each lesson. You can put as much or as little time into this as fits your lifestyle. You can choose to follow my outline, or you can choose which lessons you dive into each week. Each coaching lesson will be anywhere from five to fifteen minutes and can be paused and resumed at any point. You can go back to any lesson at any time.

  • I do not share specific workouts. All movement lessons will be focused on how to find movement you enjoy, how to realistically implement it, how to stay consistent, etc. You will receive the tools to find what works best for you!

  • I don’t believe in set nutrition plans. A single nutrition plan is not unique to you. All nutrition lessons will be focused on how to get more nourishment, helping you discover the reason you want the late-night cookie or feel comforted by certain foods. We dive into the WHY behind the WHAT. In a simple way of course.
